Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between
Online Media di Kousminscki Armin (hereinafter "SuedtirolWellness"), based
in Gerbergasse 22/A, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Italy, VAT 03199310214, and the
hotel partner.

2. Subject of the contract
SuedtirolWellness is an online directory of wellness hotels in South Tyrol.
The hotel partner is presented with a profile, description, images, and
contact details. Bookings are made directly between the end customer and
the hotel partner.

3. Contract term
The initial term is 12 months from contract signature. After the initial term
the contract is extended for further 12-month periods unless terminated in
writing by either party at least 60 days before the end of the contract period.

4. Services
The exact scope of services depends on the chosen package (Small Spa, Basic,
Pro, Premium) and is specified in the main contract.

5. Fee and payment
The fee is due annually in advance. An invoice is issued at the start of each
contract period and is payable within 14 days.

6. Hotel partner obligations
The hotel partner provides accurate information and warrants that it holds
all necessary rights to the images supplied.

7. Liability
SuedtirolWellness is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross
negligence. Liability for indirect damages (e.g. lost profits) is excluded
to the extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the
SuedtirolWellness Privacy Policy, available at
www.suedtirolwellness.com/privacy-policy.

9. Changes
SuedtirolWellness reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes will be
communicated to the hotel partner at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Jurisdiction
Italian law applies. The competent court is Bolzano.
